A Cause For Celebration

Prada has really been releasing some interesting stuff recently, in terms of digital media, but this most recent pairing... I think it was a match made in heaven.

You may remember the Anderson/Coppola team from the summer's Moonrise Kingdom--the two wrote the screenplay together. And that sure went well. (Although I am a bit of a sucker for Wes Anderson films.) Of course I love the other, less comical short films Prada and Miu Miu have put out, but this one is definitely my favorite. I think I'll try and emulate Candy for a few days and see how it works out. I'll let you know if I end up with a couple of men on my arm and a homemade double-vanilla-chocolate-almond cream cake ;)

Still Obsessed With This

I watched the Lanvin for H&M promo again recently. I still love it (Lanvin actually puts out pretty cool ads, like this one!). And the clothes. 

But mostly Alber Elbaz. I will never stop loving that man. Never change, Alber. Never change. 

Saturday

I always loved Saturdays. And I've always loved Kate Spade. And not spending huge amounts of money on things. So, I kind of love Kate Spade Saturday.

An Ode to Valentino

Oh, Valentino.

You always come through for me. Your few most recent collections may even be my favorites. Your collections are incredibly sweet, yet have an edge. Youthful, but mature. Simple, and grand. Now this is the kind of two-facedness I can get behind.
